1. Selection of steel multi-storey frame structure system

Yuanfu multi-storey steel structure houses use high-quality steel frames as the main load-bearing structure, and their lateral force resistance system is mainly based on frames and frame brackets. Secondary vertical supports are used as auxiliary to fully build the main frame structure of the steel structure building.

2. Customized layout and component design of steel multi-story frame structures

The column spacing of multi-story steel structure automobile sales center is generally 6 to 10 meters. The frame column is generally a box-section column welded with steel plates. The box-shaped frame column is relatively easy to make a rigid connection with the frame beam in two directions, but when the steel frame-support system is adopted, the frame column can also be welded or hot-rolled H-shaped steel. The frame beam generally adopts welded H-shaped steel or hot-rolled H-shaped steel, and the economic span of the H-shaped steel frame beam is 6 to 8 meters. The secondary beam generally adopts cold-rolled H-shaped steel with narrow flange, and the spacing of steel secondary beams is controlled at 1.5 to 2.5 meters. The frame column adopts vertical support. When the net plane of the column is close to a square, supports can be set at the four corners and the middle part; when the column grid is long, it should be arranged at both ends and the middle part horizontally, and in the middle of the column grid longitudinally, so as to avoid temperature limit deformation at the longitudinal end.

3. Floor design of steel multi-story frame structure

The floor slabs of two-story/multi-story steel structure houses are generally formed by pouring concrete on corrugated steel plates to form composite slabs and non-composite slabs. The corrugated steel plates and steel beams are connected by bolts. The corrugated steel plates in the composite slabs not only serve as permanent formwork, but also as the lower part of the concrete slab. The tensile steel bars and concrete work together to form a composite slab and bear the floor load. The corrugated steel plates in the non-composite slabs only serve as permanent formwork. Regardless of whether they work together with concrete, it is assumed that no composite slab is formed, so it is called a non-composite slab.
