2..Support System And Purlin Installation

After the purlins were fixed, the upper string horizontal support and rigid and flexible pull bars were installed, followed by the vertical support and finally the lower string horizontal support. The production of support is carried out by unit. The support with small weight is lifted in place by artificial cable wind rope, and the support with large weight is lifted in place by crane or hand hoist. 3. Roof Board And Wall Skin Engineering
The roof of the workshop is YX35-125-750 type color steel plate, the plate is pressed steel plate, plate thickness is 0.5mm. Pay attention to the installation of tile and roof purlin reliable connection, take the order of installation from bottom to top, the length of the tile below the top gland shall not be less than 300mm, and the joint between the tile and tile should be in line with the dominant wind direction and lap a wave width.
The wall panel is yX35-125-750 type color steel plate with a thickness of 0.4mm. Installation according to purlin position from one end of the beginning, plate to plate must be bitten, and then fixed with screws, wall plate joints to do a good waterproof treatment. When the profiled steel plate is installed, its position should be adjusted while laying and fixed.

Clean with a brush and other tools before proceeding with the next procedure. If the rust has returned before the primer is applied to the steel surface after qualified rust removal, the rust shall be removed again.
After the steel destining inspection is qualified, the first primer is applied on the surface. Generally, after the destining is completed, it is stored in the workshop, and the primer can be applied within 24h. If stored outside the plant, the primer should be finished on duty. The paint should be used in accordance with the design requirements. After the first primer is dried, the intermediate paint and top paint should be applied to ensure that the thickness of the coating meets the design requirements. Paint in the process of brushing should be uniform, no flow drop.
